Minazja LLC is a hospitality consulting firm specializing in restaurant and bar operations. We elevate service experiences through strategic structure, intentional team development, and operational clarity. Our work focuses on building strong operational foundations that drive consistency, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Founded in 2020, Minazja LLC is led by Azja Williams, whose work is rooted in over a decade of hands-on leadership within the hospitality industry. With professional roots in Los Angeles, California and the Inland Empire, her experience spans fast-casual concepts, fine dining restaurants, luxury lounges, high-volume bars, and nightlife venues. Azja has held operational and leadership roles with Taco Mell, The Court Café Los Angeles, French Quarter Bar & Grill, and Bleu Bird LA.

Her work later expanded through strategic partnerships in Austin, Texas, including Down South Cajjun Eats and Azure Lounge, where she supported bar and menu development, POS alignment, team training, and operational structure.

Azja brings extensive front-of-house leadership experience, including interviewing, hiring, and staff training across multiple concepts. She supported the opening of The Court Café Los Angeles and contributed to additional launches under the Bleu Kitchen brand, including Court Café Las Vegas and Bleu Bird LA. Across each engagement, her focus remained consistent: refining service systems, optimizing workflow, and preparing teams for confident, high-level execution.
